"Invisible" speaker wire

Copper just seemed to love chewing on the surround wires in the old place. Putting the wires on the walls seems liek a good idea. We will have to keep this in mind when we paint.

Our Street Exists!!!

I know we haven't updated in a while, but here hasn't been much to report.

The house is DONE.

We are supposed to be closing next monday, as long as everything goes okay.

I thought I would check today, and it just so happens that yahoo maps now has our street! It doesn;t have the addresses yet, but that is no big deal since it is a short street.

Bath

We took copper to the park near our house, which has a water playscape. Unfortunately, it was swarming with little kids, and it was a little too exciting for her (even the little boy who couldn't decide weither to pet her, or kick her in the head....)


We did let her play in the lake a little bit, so we had to give her a bath when we got home.

Okay, back to the house stuff (kinda). We went up to see the progress on the house, and brought Copper along for the ride.




Our house number is now up and our countertops , sink, and cabinets are now mostly all in.

Before we picked her up, Copper managed to get some goo on her head, that doesn't want to come off. I touched it up on the pic above, but you can see it in the rest of the pictures.



She is doing really well with the housetraining, Chad told us that she was well on her way, and he was right. There have been a few accidents inside, but they were mainly because we didn't let her out quick enough.

Let me introduce the newest member of the family, Copper Boolean. Wepicker her up from a little of 11 puppies from a first time breeder named Chad. He has a web page up with some pictures and a diary chronicling some of the excitement of taking care of so many puppies.

I had no idea that her eyes would be blue in the flash, but I don't have a 'blue eye reduction' mode on my camera.

Yes, this is Texas!
