• Front and backyard grading
  
• Patio
  
• Garage door
  

Completed on the exterior:

• Drywall, wall texture, wall prime and paint
  
• Interior doors installed
  
• Trim and baseboard installed
  
• Floor tile installed and grouted
  
• Fireplace tile installed
